Season 1 - Round reports

Round one of the Sunday night Clubsport Rumble League headed to the USA for our opening round at the Mid Ohio Sports Car circuit. The TCR class would prove to be the dominant factor with Henry Fenson in the Audi taking out races one and three. Race two provided some of the best racing of the night with the inverted top 10 grid seeing Neville Mell triumphant in the BMW M2. A field of 21 drivers accepted the challenge for round one and standout performances from the likes of Shawn Doyle, Moz Moroz and Neville Mell in the BMW will ensure the TCR boys are on their toes across the remaining rounds.

Round one - Mid Ohio

Round 2 - Donington Park

Grey and gloomy skies greeted the drivers for round two at the Donington Park circuit in the UK. Thankfully the rain held off and the skies cleared in time for our 3 race format. Once again the TCR field dominated the round with Nathan Carpenter taking line honours in 2 of the 3 races. Moz Moroz and Shawn Doyle continued their good form in the BMW M2 and again consistency resulted in a good haul of championship points for both drivers. Technical issues prevented Henry Fenson from racing this round and he will be keen to get back on track for the upcoming round 3. Sadly, due to falling numbers, this would be the final round for the TCR as future rounds will feature just the BMW M2.
